Maxron D. M. Holder
Maxron is the Managing Partner at Fredericks, with a dynamic practice spanning civil, commercial, and public law. His work includes judicial review, commercial and contractual disputes, property and conveyancing transactions, personal injury claims, insurance claims, and estate administration. He also serves as Counsel at Bruce & Associates Law Chambers in the British Virgin Islands, where he maintains a complementary cross-jurisdictional practice.
In addition to his private practice, Maxron serves as a Lecturer in Law at the St. Vincent & the Grenadines Community College, teaching Business Law, Contract Law, and Property Law.
Maxron previously served as a Fellow with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington, D.C., where he monitored human rights developments in the Caribbean and contributed to thematic and country reports. He has also worked with the Attorney General’s Chambers in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, providing advice on public international law, international human rights law, and international economic law.
Maxron is also a Chevening Scholar and a published author. He has published widely in academic journals on international human rights law, international economic law, constitutional law, and corporate law. His scholarship reflects a strong commitment to the development of Caribbean jurisprudence and engagement with global legal debates.
