Vynnette A. Frederick
Vynnette is the Senior Partner of the Firm and a distinguished Attorney-at-Law with over 23 years of legal experience. She is widely regarded as one of the leading authorities in Family and Adoption Law in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and the wider OECS region.
Over the course of her career, Vynnette has built a reputation for fearless and principled advocacy before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, where she has appeared in a wide range of civil and criminal matters. While her primary specialization is Family Law, her practice is diverse, encompassing complex litigation and advisory work across multiple areas of law. She has made significant contributions to the development of regional jurisprudence, particularly in matters affecting families and children.
In January 2026, she was appointed to serve on a national committee established to modernize the Family Court Division of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, reflecting her continued leadership in the evolution of family justice.
Vynnette previously served as a Senator in the House of Representatives of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines from 2010 to 2015, where she played a leading role in parliamentary debates on Information Technology, Witness Protection, Human Trafficking, Reparations, and Maritime Law.
Vynnette is a Notary Public and a court-connected mediator, bringing a balanced and solutions-oriented approach to dispute resolution. Her work is marked by careful legal analysis, sound judgment, and a firm commitment to achieving practical outcomes for her clients.
She currently serves as the Permanent Representative of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to the United Nations.
